First would be check out this link , it shows the current time in the Pacific time zone. (Yes it's a US site and Sushi is in Canada but the times are the same)
But if you want to know for sure when "1 pm" Pacific is in your time zone, try out http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc
Select "Use the Following Date/Time", then plug in the time and date you want. Then find the appropriate time zones from the list. Put US/Pacific or Canada/Pacific in for the "From" and your time zone in the "To".
For an example I chose Brussels
Hit the Convert Time button at the bottom and your results will show up at the top on the next page
There are tons of other sites that will do conversions for you, so just play around and see what you like.
