Birthday Balloons

Quickly now guys, before the Montgolfier balloons catch up!

As our leading racers continue, we come our final obstacle, a strong cross breeze.

Come on Melody, dodge those birds!

The racers continue on their flight, the finish almost in sight for some.

Come-one Pyre! Don't let that cross-breeze stop you! :O
And there comes Seeker from behind~ Big jump toward the front!

The cross breeze slows down a few of our leaders, will this change the results or will they make it through in time?

This last run is always the most exciting bit.

And so this round brings us our first winner, Helix crosses the finish first, claiming first place and begins to descend. The other racers start to catch up though so it could still be anyone's game for second and third!

The ferocity of the race begins to pick up as the racers close in on the finish, who will make it to the top?

Will we see our final winners next round? Only time will tell.

Feather and Seeker, neck in neck!

Seeker manages to pull ahead and claim second place, but the third place is going to be a challenge. There are quite a few contenders in a position to pull a win out of their hats.

And with that our race is over. With much anticipation, Healer and Feather lead the pack towards the finish for that last final push, but in the end Healer managed to push ahead of Feather by a millisecond claiming third place.
