I think my boy Lagoon might make a good match for your Wind of the Ocean's Dragon. :3
The lake he primarily lives in is in a more southern area of the North and the rivers that run in and out of it connect to numerous different locations including the ocean and both colder and warmer climates. He is a trader, merchant, and tinkerer, and spends a lot of his time venturing out to interact and trade with any Songs he can access (so while not all of the rivers are
his, per say, he is on excellent terms with the Songs they belong to, and he and his mares have full access privileges). He wouldn't have any qualms about his mares venturing out on their own, with or without him, so long as they check back every once in a while. :3
