Thought I should point out that it's Northern Aquatic, not Aquatic (which changes traits)!

I opted to list my species traits because some species have traits that are common but optional (like Leonine Manes on Deserts or Tusks on Northern Aquatics), and others like Lams have wings by default, but unless you list the type, Sushi has no idea which type you want. That's my reasoning at least. ^^ Of course if you pick Samanayr or Northern there aren't really options that would require clarification, so it wouldn't be much of a concern. :3

Thanks Rikku, the picture you picked for your inspiration was neat too! It kind of reminds me of a more complex/inverted colors version of a lion my brother had me sketch for possible tattoos.

And Bluestar, I thought that the default traits were automatically assigned... and that if you wanted something special for the lams wings instead of the standard, that you had to use up one of your slots? I'd love Sushi to verify this one way or the other, I'd like to know for next time! XD

I think Lamanayrs are the only species that have a species-required trait that can have variations (although I guess Deserts can have a leonine mane or not). I've always gone with picking a basic wing type (Feathered, Draconic, or Faery) doesn't use up a trait slot but a more rare type, like Butterfly, would take up a slot.
