After turning the idea over a few times and thinking about it I've decided to try it this year. I won't actually be writing a single story as a novel...I'm probably going to be writing a collection of short stories covering the backstory of some of my Sams. I'm Origami_Dragon there as well.

Yaaay NaNo! I stayed up until midnight last night and got 2,000 words done And I'm off to my regional group meeting in a few hours, yay! Good luck, everyone!

Since I'm doing NaNoWriMo, I won't be doing NaNoSamMo officially this month XD I will have some cards available at some point, though! Because of the NaNo incentives, there also won't be a random draw this month, but there will be some other things going on. I hope to have the schedule up later today.

I hope everyone's first day went well! I've got almost 5k words and I'm going to do a bit more before I go to bed tonight. I find my problem is that I get off to a good start but then I can't keep it up over November XD

I also went to a write-in for the first time and it was a lot of fun! I was so happy to find there's other people in the area with similar interests XD

Well...I was doing well and hit over 4k words yesterday... And then my home computer decided it wasn't going to turn on anymore apparently. So tonight I'm going to try and go get it looked at to see if it can be fixed or if my files can at least be saved. If not...I guess I get to start over...

Well I made it to 1600! it was a challenge for me for sure, but I'm going to try and keep the slow and steady pace as to not wear myself out before the end of the month. I'm not a writer unlike some of the people I live with, but I'm doing pretty good for me! Now to hit the next marker!

Man, I couldn't concentrate yesterday like... at all. Only got to 1.3k words when I set a personal goal to get to at least 3k on the first day. 'XD Ahwell!

Ill give it a shot! ^_^ Im going to try to write a full out story. I already have 2k words and I feel its going well. Granted I know I have to get some one to look at my punctuations and what not, but the story is there... and its coming along :3 Im quite proud of myself.

Its just another werewolf story... but I hope it will give interest to those who want a DIFFERENT kind of werewolf story ^_^

Hey Rikku, when you log in on the wrimo site, there's a bar next to your name up top where you put in your current number of words and then press 'update' - you don't have to actually upload your writing for verification til the end of the month. Until then, it's sort of an honor system.

I'm in NaNo this year for the first time. Anyone who would like to friend me, I'm SmilodonArt there as well. Just mention PI or the Sams!

Day two! How is everyone doing? I'm moving slow and steady. I managed to upload my piece so I could write a bit at work, though I think most of my writing is going to be at home in the evenings. XD

Im coming along quite well I think ^_^ Granted I KNOW im going to need some one to recheck it for grammar and such ^^;;

Im going to post what I have so far on here and just keep updating it so that I can have it no matter where I go. ^_^;; im too forgetful with a USB.

I don't get computers sometimes... Tried to turn my computer on one more time tonight before taking it in to get looked at and it decided to turn on... *emails self story so far so it doesn't get lost* Now I guess I can keep writing today!

And it seems I've already managed to forget my password to the NaNo site... *goes about trying to get that back*

currently I'm at 6k Not as fast as yesterday, but I was working on other projects, too >_<

Whooo, today was a good day! I wrote 7317 words, bringing my total word count up to 10718. :3 That's just in RP posts so far; I haven't even needed to break out my prompt table. I probably will tomorrow, though, just to get some other stuff done.

Honestly, I'd like to share the drabbles, but I don't know if I can. e_e The character they're about... Well. He's very rarely rated PG-13, let alone G. He's a very messed-up fellow.

Well I did not meet my goal yesterday so today I shall buckle down and get to my goal for today! Unfortunately it is meeting day at work, so we shall see how much free time I have..the main thing for me to remember is that I am normally brain dead in the evenings so I gotta use the limited free time I have during the day to write! *puts on determined face*

I'd be happy if I got my password reset email. I requested it the first, where is it? *whines*

Anyway, I have about 4000 words... I hope I'll be able to get a little more done tonight.

Today was seriously productive. Seriously. @.@ Had a good scene, got in the groove. Hope there's lots more days like this. XD
