EDIT: I'll try to keep the availability as current as I can, but Baby Sushi woke up an hour earlier than usual so I can't wait for forms to come in.

All slots are now taken, although the gift list won't be updated until this afternoon. Sorry about the delay.

I'll be opening some paid slots tonight at 5pm PST/1:00 PI time! There will be 4 slots available, they'll be open for an hour, and then I'll randomly pick 4 forms from those submitted I should be online at that time, but if not just go ahead and send them!
