*cheers* I second that! I know I had a good Valentine's day just from spending it with friends!

Oh yes, I hope everyone had a good time. <3 I spent the day with friends. We went out to see Coraline and just generally had a good time!

I also had a good time. I spent the morning volunteering for foal watch, where we look after neonatal foals that had some difficulty with their birth, and then my dad came up to visit for reading week and we went and watched a movie together.

Happy (belated) heart-shaped chocolate day, everyone I had to work on the 14th but my boyfriend and I had a nice dinner on the 15th.

Well that's good you two got to have a nice dinner the day after! My sister and her fiance went to dinner on the 15th because he had to work. He surprised her with Papadoux's and she ordered a 5lb. lobster, not knowing the price - as it turns out the price per pound for lobster is currently $25. I told her that I hope she ate every bite for that price. In her defense it was her first time ordering lobster.

@Zephyr - It was very interesting, we got to feed the foal, and I even got to watch him stand up for the first time. Luckily the foal has recovered enough to not need watching anymore.

Very much a Single's day for me. XD I stayed in and watched movies while my mum went out to dinner, and my little brother went out with some friends.
Still, sounds like everyone else had fun!

Hubby and I didn't do anything on the actual day, but he surprised me with dinner the Thursday before. We went to Olive Garden and had their Mezzaluna, which was soooo tasty. I got the shrimp one and he got the sausage one. <3 shrimp!
He says he'd rather do something spontaneous on a random day than give me flowers or chocolate or whatever on the 14th, just because that's what everyone else is doing. No complaints here
