Well, we're married Everything went just wonderfully, even the weather! The ceremony was short and sweet and I cried my way through it XD And the big surprise of the evening was the horse-drawn carriage that my mother surprised us with O_O We had a lot of fun tooling around the neighborhood in it in the time between the ceremony and dinner!
Congrats Sushi! I'm glad everything went well for your special day! I hope those were happy tears though. Aww, what a nice surprise afterwards! Now I'm imagining you riding around a residential neighborhood as everyone stares out their windows at the most unexpected sight of a carriage trotting by...

Thanks so much It was definitely entertaining going around the neighborhood in the carriage - the neighbors all came out to take photos as well as lots of random people in the street XD Even if we hadn't had the horse and carriage it was a day that we'll never forget!
We made it home safe and sound today, after a loooooong drive and getting stuck in a ton of road construction XD Taking the rest of the evening to relax and recuperate and I'll be getting back to work tomorrow!
Ack, road construction! XD Wonderful when it's all done and you have a nice new road, but absolutely infuriating when you have to try and get through it before then. Tis fail.
