This is Glint of the Blooded Sword. A young hotheaded stallion, he's looking for a Song of his own. While *he* feels that a nice, passive, demure mare would be just his thing, I know he'll need a lead mare that's kind, wise, but strong-willed enough to not back down when he starts getting persnickety. Like most young males, he does a lot of posturing and talking big to mask a sense of uncertainty and insecurity. A cruel or sharp-tongued mare would easily squish this boy's heart, so please be kind, he's really a softy under there.
