Hello and welcome! I'm Jenn, a Samanayr lover (and hoarder). We've got a pretty friendly community here! Any questions you may have, please feel free to either post or PM me and I can probably either find you an answer or find you someone who does.

Re: Hm, hello? :)
Thank you all for being so friendly!
And sorry for the late reply, I was travelling!
First, I would like to understand where I can get the samanayrs. I've read the FAQ and rules, but I can't seem to get on the place they're bought/traded. Help?
Ps. Excuse me if there are any errors on my English, it is not my main language. ^^

Generally speaking, Sams are obtained through three different methods- contests, breeding and customs. All of these will be announced right here on the boards. The Events and Availability thread is the place to check to see whats going on. It's also a good idea to look at past events and see how they run.
Usually contests will simply require a little time, and a little luck.
Breeding slots, when available, are usually awarded by raffle, and then may or may not succeed. If breeding slots are available and you want to apply but don't have a Sam of your own, check the database for open songs.
Purchased customs or line-art sales (for real world money) are periodically available too, slots offered usually by raffle.
I think that covers most of it, just remember events are somewhat sporadic since they are all hand drawn and take a fair bit of time to make. Patience is definitely a virtue when Samanayrs are involved. But I'd say it's worth it, wouldn't you?

Re: Hm, hello? :)
I'd start on the Events and Availability thread like Amazon said.
Right now there are two events you could enter, one being a Newbie Sam draw, the other being the Splicing event.
You are more than welcome to PM owners to see if you could use one of their sams for the splicing event. If you go to the main website and go to the database, it is the best way to look up owners and their Sams.
