How am I doing? Well had to go to the dentist today and I think they kept some of my brain, other than that fine I think.

I'm doing well. Schoolwork's finally slowing down enough for me to catch my breath. I've got fall break starting friday *yay* so not too much work to do for the rest of the week. Just catching up on stuff that got pushed back when I had too much to do last weekend. I might even get to my ironing before I head home tomorrow! So, still busy, but able to breathe.

I'm doing amazingly well! Most of it is to do with Spice but there are other reasons.

@ RikkuGirl - In biochem, our prof started off the class with "ok everyone, this is probably one of the hardest lectures in biochemistry." What a way to start a class... Chymotripsin is(at least this is what I think it is...) an enzyme that helps hydrolyze peptide bonds, through a very, very long crazy process I have no idea how I'm going to manage to memorize it... *dies again to avoid having to do the midterm which is scheduled for Halloween*

Chymotrypsin (bovine γ chymotrypsin: PDB 1AB9, EC 3.4.21.1) is a digestive enzyme that can perform proteolysis. Chymotrypsin cleaves peptides at the carboxyl side of tyrosine, tryptophan, and phenylalanine because these three amino acids contain aromatic rings, which fit into a 'hydrophobic pocket' in the enzyme. Over time, chymotrypsin also hydrolyzes other amide bonds, particularly those with leucine-donated carboxyls.

But still, alot to remember and absorb, but you can do it! :3

Fantastic! <3 But I took off this purple nail polish I got that had sparkles in it so I could put on some yellow but... the sparkles won't come off. >:( I've tried picking at it, nail polish remover and sandpaper, and it just won't come off. Worst stuff ever! Today was supposed to be my special "pamper myself" day too!

*hobbles around* Not very well. Going down a flight of stairs, I tripped and fell. Fortunately, I didn't fall far, but I did end up with a badly sprained ankle and a pretty decent scrape. Then, I waited forever for the doctors to tell me what was wrong, and then by the time I got home, all the Sam cards were gone already. :/ Fortunately, I convinced my mom to let me get a custom slot next time they're open. :3

I'm sorry that happened to you, Blue. I hope your ankle feels better soon!

^^:; as far as days go, yesterday was ... eh... and today is... eh. lol ^^;; im in work, cant be too wonderful or it wouldnt be called work. :3 it would be called, Im going to this place to do something i like and get paid for it, woo! lol

Im excited for the weekend. My sister is coming over tomorrow and we are going to a hocket game! Woot! :3

I'm having a great Thanksgiving weekend, my dad came up to visit and we went up to Haliburton Forest where we took a walk through the trees and I got to see some real live wolves at the Wolf Center! Also, it SNOWED this morning I'm so excited, it didn't stick but I am hopeful that soon I will be able to start building snowmen and snowcaves! Also, tomorrow we're going to check out caves in Collingwood, we stopped by the ski "bump" today and laughed at it, being from BC... The hill is smaller than the bunny hill at Manning Park XD

I'm having a fabulous day! Going up from Maryland to Nova Scotia took from yesterday morning at 8 AM to now, about 2:30 PM. We stopped for the night at a cheap but very clean hotel in northern Maine and had breakfast at a wonderful local place. They fried their own bread and had sausage gravy on homemade biscuits and... guh. Awesome.

And our relatives have five cats, so I'm thrilled. Three poly-dactyl, one manx, and one 'normal'. xD
